shooting day 2, 30 January

Todays shooting was legendary. (left to right, top to bottom)

1. Ze camera on ze dolly at ze scene.
2. Action! (Btw, this scene is only like 8 seconds long. So much trouble for so little.)
3. The deserted petrol station scene, with stage lighting. Note that this is in the evening.
4. Getting ready to boogie.
5. Everyone except Werner and Nelis. They couldn't join us today unfortunately.

Id say were about 70% done with the shooting.

Shooting day 1! 29 January

finishing the touches on the wardrobe, 28 January

Excursion to Menlyn to exchange some clothes. Apparently some were too small or something. We also went to a restaurant and they had a STEP R. How sweet is that?

We plan to start shooting the video tomorrow!

We tested the footage with some post processing effects, and the results were awesome.

Dolly construction, Day 3, 22 January 2008

Today was the third day we worked on the dolly. It is close to completion. It basically just needs a few strokes of paint. It runs beautifully on the rail! Smooth lika icecream.
